Q: What’s the shelf life?
A: Hummus lasts 2-4 weeks when refrigerated. Nooch Sauce, Whipped Garlic, and our Tortilla Chips are best within 30 days.
Q: Can you freeze hummus?
A: Yes! It freezes well and thaws out nicely. We recommend putting it in the fridge overnight to thaw.
Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We deliver anywhere within the city of Portland, or within 15 miles of Portland city limits. This includes Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham, Vancouver, Clackamas, Lake Oswego, Tigard, and more.
Q: Do I qualify for free delivery?
A: Delivery fees are waived for orders that are both within Portland city limits AND $40 or more. A delivery fee will apply if your order is under $40 AND/OR outside of Portland city limits.
Q: When will I receive my delivery?
A: Orders placed before noon on Thursday will be delivered on Sunday or Monday. We cannot guarantee an exact time so please leave a cooler by your door if possible to keep the products cold.
Orders placed after noon on Thursday will be delivered a week from Sunday/Monday. Unfortunately this means a long wait for some orders. We make our hummus fresh weekly and don’t always have stock on hand for last minute orders. Please contact us at orders@roundhousefoods.com if you have any questions about when you will receive your order.
Q: How does No Contact delivery work?
A: Deliveries are left at your doorstep, similar to a UPS or Amazon delivery. No signature or interaction required. Please make note with your order if any special consideration is needed, for example a gate code or specific drop spot to protect from pets and the elements. Our items are perishable, so leave a cooler out if possible to keep things cold.
Q: How does local pickup work?
A: Pre-order online so your order is ready to grab and go at a local farmers market. We are currently doing pickups at PSU Farmers Market on Saturdays, but can accommodate pickups at Hollywood Farmers Market or People’s Co-op Farmers Market upon request.
Q: Are your products suitable for people with food allergies?
A: All of our products are vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO. However our shared production facility processes allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, seafood, and more.
Q: Do you ship to other locations?
A: We do not currently offer shipping but stay tuned for news.
